Jeff Kausch, the proud owner and lead HRIS consultant at JPK Consulting Group. With several years of experience at a top HRIS company, Jeff has honed his skills in implementing, training, and advising across diverse industries. Recognizing his potential to provide greater value to clients, he launched his own HRIS consulting firm in Spring 2023. This venture allows him to spend more time with clients and cater to their unique learning styles and goals.

Jeff prides himself on being a relationship guy, with a knack for establishing lasting business relationships.

Outside of work, Jeff is a self-proclaimed movie/TV buff, often referencing the TV show “The Office”. While he hasn’t watched “Lord of the Rings” or “Game of Thrones”, he hopes you won’t hold that against him! An avid golfer, Jeff enjoys hitting the greens, even if his scores don’t always reflect his passion.

On a personal note, Jeff is expecting his first child, a girl, in Spring 2024. He recently tied the knot on New Year’s Eve 2023 (winter photo shoot above!) and resides in Rochester, NY. His life is a testament to his belief in balancing professional commitments with personal happiness.
